The Carrie Day Dress – Sailboats by Miss Fortune Is an adorable off the shoulder nautical print dress. When I saw it I knew it would be perfect for the dock set at Jess W Photography.
The Carrie day dress is an off the shoulders dress. It has short sleeves and little white shoulder straps to help it sit properly and BONUS, they cover bra straps. 😉 The length of the dress lands right below the knee. (I am 5’6″ for reference)
The print is a beautiful blue background with a whimsical design of sailboats, sea birds, lighthouses and rope. Just perfect for the summer. Definitely makes you want to take a trip to the water! The material is lightweight cotton, which breathes nicely. There is no stretch in the dress, so be sure to read the sizing and instructions for measuring on the size chart provided by Miss Fortune. I am wearing a size small and it fits great!
The dress comes with a super cute wide white elastic belt which is removable. I love the three round clasps in the front. It adds a perfect finished look, and a break in the pattern of the dress, drawing a bit of focus to the waist.
The closure is a hidden back zip. Perfect for flawless victory rolls. (mortal combat pun intended.) 😉
