I was so excited to receive the Cindy dress from Voodoo Vixen. The cut is a classic Hepburn 1950’s style. It is sleeveless which is perfect for summer. The bodice and waist are form fitting with a flared skirt. A true fit to flare style.
The ‘Painted Peacock’ print is absolutely beautiful. The pastel colors and details are eye catching; Cherry Blossoms, peonies, roses, AND peacocks?! All of these gorgeous things in one print! The teal background is the perfect tone to show off the beautiful art. All of the colors compliment each other so well. The Fabric is a gorgeous textured jacquared which adds to the quality and not only looks great, but feels great too!
The Length of the dress is just below the knee, a very classic and elegant look.
The skirt of the dress has plenty of room to swish and twirl in. In my opinion this dress looks and fits better without a petticoat. I like the slimmer more classic look and feel.
The back of the dress features an Invisible zip closure for a sleek finished look. I love back zips, no messy hair! <3
